The Teams on Community

	House Team keep the House in order, cleaning guest rooms, hallways and bathrooms, making beds and more.
	Kitchen Team cook delicious meals, keep the Dining Room spick and span, and (with the help of Hobart the dishwasher) wash up afterwards.
	Estate Team make sure the cows keep mooing, the sheep keep bleating and the undergrowth doesn't get so high that it obscures the beautiful view.
	Youth & Children's Team dig into endless wells of bouncing energy to keep children entertained & spiritually alive.
	Admin Team keep the guests coming by telling the world about Lee Abbey, answering letters and phone calls, taking bookings, and ensuring the Community survive.
	Maintenance Team ensure that everything in the buildings is operating normally and not about to fall down.
	Pastoral Team ensure that the guests and Community are operating normally and not about to break down.
	Conference Team organise the wonderful programmes, speakers and events that so many guests come to experience, and present them with glorious multimedia.
	Beacon Team shoot arrows, climb walls, get lost in the woods and provide all kinds of input in and out of doors at the on-site Youth & Outdoor Activity Centre. See www.TheBeaconYouthCentre.org.uk.
