We are always looking for the right people to join our teams for periods of 3 months to 2 years. Whether or not you see an appropriate vacancy below, if you feel you may be called to Community life, please send us a CV and/or a general application form, and we'll tell you what we have.
All Community members also take an active part in the worship, creative and serving aspects of our life. They are "volunteers" because they receive full board, accommodation and an allowance - not a traditional salary. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a desire to serve God.

COMMERCIAL MANAGER We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the resident Christian community. You would be involved in all aspects of the sales and business generating operations, playing a strong part in the future growth strategy of Lee Abbey. Environmental Co-Ordinator Do you have experience in the environmental field and a desire to empower others and bring about change? An opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Co-ordinator at Lee Abbey Devon. This strategic role has evolved through a partnership between Lee Abbey and A Rocha (the Christian environmental charity). The role involves: • Delivering greater environmental sustainability throughout the centre in key areas of waste, recycling and energy use. • Teaching adults and children a Christian perspective on environmental issues and wildlife education. • Advising on British wildlife for the management of the rich biodiversity of the estate. The suitable applicant would be a motivated self-starter, able to multi-task effectively, initiate ideas and possess an ability to "learn on the job". Good communication skills are essential for this 2 year post.
