Disability Access

We will always try to accommodate people with a disability. In particular, we provide the following:

• A hearing loop system in our two main meeting rooms
• A lift serving the ground, first and second floors (but not the third floor; if you will need to use the lift, please ask for a room on the second floor or below)
• One fully-equipped bathroom suitable for people with a disability
• Ramps for wheelchair access to the Dining Room and Octagonal Lounge

However, the layout of this Victorian building makes wheelchair access to some areas of the House difficult. Should you not be able to climb stairs, please tell us at the time of booking. We are unable to offer care ourselves, so we ask that you bring your own carer if you will need this attention. We will offer your carer a 20% discount.
