Woodland paths, open fields, waterfalls and streams, and a private beach are all part of the spacious Lee Abbey Estate where Exmoor National Park meets the sea.

The house sits in a spectacular valley right on the coast. On a clear spring day, as you look out over the house and estate, you can see Wales across the sea. And as the bluebells fill the fields, God's awesome creation simply becomes even more colourful.
Headlands (all part of the Lee Abbey estate) stand either side of our private beach in the west-facing bay. The sheep and cattle in the fields around the house are also cared for by our own Estate Team.
The beach (seen here from the lawn in front of the main house) offers both a place to relax, sitting and observing the rise and fall of the sea, and an exciting playground of sand, pebbles, boulders and rock-pools for all ages to enjoy!
On top of a hill that looks over the house are the three Crosses (left), a powerful symbol of the daring faith by which we stand. Thousands of guests and community members over the years have found the Crosses to be a great place to reflect and focus on Jesus.
Not only are the forests that cover the estate home to an amazing range of plant and animal life, they also provide more than six miles of walking opportunities with their network of tracks and footpaths. Two bubbling streams make their way through the woodland down to the bay.
In the vivid colours of summer or the muted tones of the forest in winter, through all seasons the estate speaks of God.
During the summer months, days can end with the most glorious displays of colour as the sun sinks below the horizon at Lee Bay - a sight worth simply watching and enjoying during the evening.
